To create a separate php.ini file for Cpanel and Fantastico run:

~$ /scripts/makecpphp

To update Cpanel/WHM to the latest version run:
~# /scripts/upcp
Depending on your configuration the latest
Edge, Release, Current or Stable version will be installed
